FORMAT:
The tournament will be a 4-person scramble. Each team will consist of a captain and three other members. Entry into and the “Skins Game” can be purchased at the sign-in table. Complete tournament rules will be provided to team captains at sign-in.
INCLUDES:
Golf with cart, dinner and awards
MENU:
Barbeque Buffet: BBQ chicken, BBQ ribs, BBQ brisket, potato salad,baked beans, corb on the cob, tossed salad, rolls, dessert, coffee & tea. (cash bar available)
Any non-golfers wanting to attend the awards banquet may do so for a fee of $25.00.

Friday, May 7, 2010 Good Shepherd Church will host its 4th Annual Golf Classic to benefit the parish youth ministries.
We are requesting support from our local business community for this worthy cause and would greatly appreciate your support for this event.
Numerous options are available for your participation:
- Putting green sponsorship is available for $100.
- Driving range sponsorship is available for #75
- Hole sponsorships are available for $50
A sign displaying your company information will be posted at the location of your sponsorship.
Other options available are:
- Cash donations
- Merchandise donations (e.g., golf balls, tee packs, shirts, hats, etc.)
- Gift certificates
Of course, your contributions are tax-deductible, and we will provide a letter of receipt for your records.
